Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receiving your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your junk mail.

  Flat shipping rate of $12.00 for orders under $75
• Free local pickup in Port Moody, BC available

Orders Outside of Canada

Currently, we only ship dog sweaters to Canada and the USA. Please note that all international orders (anything shipped outside of Canada), including dog sweaters, are non-refundable and are final sale. Please note, if your order is shipped outside of Canada, you may be subject to import taxes, duties, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Kids' clothing is only available for purchase within Canada.
