Returns & Exchanges
For orders within Canada, you can receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery when we receive the item(s) back. After 14 days, we will no longer offer a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, all items returned must be unworn, unwashed and have the tags attached. Please note we do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the item(s) back to us. All sale items are final sale.
To start the return process, please reach out to us via the "Contact Us" forum, or email email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Once the warehouse has processed your return, you'll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued (less shipping and handling). Please allow 3-5 business days processing by your financial institution.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges online. If you would like a new size or colour, you may return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery and place a new order.
Cancelling Your Order
Double check the item(s) in your cart before completing your order as we are unable to make edits to your order once it has been placed. Should you need to cancel your order, please to reach out to us via the "Contact Us" forum within 60 minutes of placing your order.
If it is outside the 60 minute window, the original order will be processed and shipped.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us through the "Contact Us" forum with a description of the damage, a photo of the damage and your order number.
