What is your return policy?
For orders within Canada, you can receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we will no longer offer a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, all items returned must be unworn, unwashed and have the tags attached. Please note we do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the item(s) back to us. All sale items are final sale.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges online. If you would like a new size or colour, you may return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery and place a new order - for orders placed within Canada only.
How do I cancel my order?
Double check the item(s) in your cart before completing your order as we are unable to make edits to your order once it has been placed. Should you need to cancel your order, you need to reach out to us via the "Contact Us" forum within 60 minutes of placing your order.
If it is outside the 60 minute window, the original order will be processed and shipped.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At the moment we only ship within Canada. We are currently working on shipping internationally.
What items are final sale?
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Will I be charged import taxes, duties or other fees?
If your order is shipped within Canada, you will not be charged additional import taxes, duties or other fees.
What if my package is lost?
Once the carrier picks up the package, it is then their responsibility for lost or misplaced packages. If needed, we can set up a trace with the carrier to try and track down your package.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Vancouver and manufactured in India.
Do your products shrink after wash?
All of our products are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
